Candidates' Forum: League of Women Voters and the Affordable Homes Coalition

Join us at Iowa City City Hall for the first candidates' forum of the race.

From the announcement:

Candidates will introduce themselves at the forum. Audience members attending the forum may pose questions written on cards for the panel. The forums will be broadcast live on local cable, and rerun for later viewing.

“The League of Women Voters hosts public forums to inform voters and the public about important issues and elections impacting our community,” said LVWJC Board President Gaylen Wobeter. “Keeping the public informed is an important part of the League’s ongoing work. We encourage everyone to register to vote and become knowledgeable about candidates and issues in the upcoming elections.”
